Skills Needed |
- Excellent skills on the content of English, Mathematics and Sindhi.
- Basic Computer skills such as Ms office.
- Strong interpersonal skills; pressure handling, conflict resolution, activity listening, problem solving, interactive personality, friendly working relationship.
- Be a self-motivated, versatile and adaptable to different cultures and people.
- Be a results oriented and able to meet strict timelines for outputs.
- Sindhi typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Candidate must have knowledge of Sindh Language in Reading, Writing and Speaking.
- Candidates must have skills to translate the English or Urdu in Sindhi.
- Candidate must have Sindhi typing skills.
- Candidate must have skills to Material Development and also deliver the session in Sindhi Languages to teachers and learners.

Job Responsibilities |
- Conduction of project related field activities in NFE and ALP centres.
- Ensure and make efforts for safeguarding policies implementation in project area.
- Organise hands on training for respective teachers on using interactive learning approaches with focus on protection issues.
- Submission of reports and case studies to project coordinator.
- Conduct regular monthly progress review and planning meeting at district level.
- Any other assignment which is mandatory to achieve the objectives of the program.
