| GENERAL MANAGER | The candidate should have Master's degree in any discipline | 10-15 years experience in field of development sector and having experience in office Administration skills, drafting and capable to manage the team and deal with the affairs of Association and reporting skills, Monitoring & Evaluation skills, and project proposal development/ designing/ writing and management etc. The suitable candidate will be offered negotiable and handsome salary package in accordance with the experience and skills. |
| PROJECT COORDINATOR (Social Mobilization Project) | The suitable candidate should have post graduate qualification in any discipline of Social sciences/ business administration. | He/She must have more than 5 years experience of working with community development programs/projects running in rural areas. |
| COMPUTER PROGRAMMER | Should be graduate in computer science/diploma in I.T. | 3 years' experience. |
